Constructive Visualisation

I was very excited about this project. When the professors said that it was our first proper illustration assignment, I was both thrilled and scared. I was told to illustrate the song Seen and not Seen by Talking Heads.

The song is about how people shape how they look and who they are based on pop culture. I experimented with a lot of ideas, but after some tutorials, I decided to work on a gif to show the transformation and disfiguration of the protagonist of the song.
